Amazon Returns (Important Requirements)
We can assist with Amazon returns only when the return setup provides a carrier‑label option such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. When you start a return in the Amazon app or website, be sure to choose a method that generates a printed shipping label.
Amazon also offers return choices meant for Kohl’s, Whole Foods, Amazon Lockers, and Amazon Stores. These options do not produce a carrier label, and we are unable to accept those returns at M’Box HQ Pack and Ship.
Once the correct carrier‑label option is selected, you can drop off your Amazon return with us for secure handling, quick processing, and packing assistance if needed.
